My suplements and extra foods

For the last 7 months apart from avoiding white sugar , I have added new component of foods and supplements in my diet:

1. Honey .
Every morning with a table spoon of honey mixed with lukewarm water.
The thing that I noticed taking plain water early in the morning stimulate the kidney to pass urine rapidly just after we drink it. The bowel start to move everyday not like before.

2. Apple cider/apple vinegar/dates vinegar.
I am taking a tablespoon mixed with cold water everyday before bed time. One spoon diluted in my beer size glass approximately 250mls. Sometimes I mixed it with tea. It taste sour in the beginning but later you will get used to it. There is caution if you are suffering from gastric ulcer and gastritis. It may cause irritation to you already problematic stomach. Do not drink directly from the spoon undiluted. It will cause damage to you teeth and irritate lining of your esophagus.

3. Habatus Sauda ( Nigella Sativa ).
I usually take 1-2 gram per day ( approximately 2-4 capsule). Fairly cheap supplements and the most important thing it is coming directly from the nature. I have tasted all the form of this herbs a. The oil in the bottle ( i cannnot take the taste ), b. The dry black seed ( taste bitter but acceptable ) c. Capsule and in softgel ( my favourite ). It is called the MEDICINE OF THE PROPHET. Medically there is a lot of clinical research with encouraging results especially in field of medicine.

4. Olive oil.
I do not take regurlaly. The essence of youth in mediterranean   region . with the most widely use cooking oil in that region. From time to time I will it use it to cook vegetables. I have capsulated olive oil which I take twice a week and it is very cheap too. I have cold compressed coconut oil in my kitchen kabinet also as a good sourese of palmitic acid which may protect us from dementia.

5. Seabuckthorn oil.
The relatuvely expensive form of supplements in my list but worth it. The plant with perfect omega 3 to 6 ratio ( 1:1) and good for the cardivascular system. Rich in antioxidant, vitamins and acid aminos etc. I called it habatus sauda of ASIA.

I have thrown away all other synthetic vitamins which I found recenty cited in the journal to increase rate of death by 16%.
