Pineapple

I do not know why this fruit is called Pine-apple. A combination of two non related food. Certainly it is rich with vitamin c, contain bromelain ( protelytic enzyme ) and high magnesium which are useful to our body. See the chart. The most important thing it help to stop my craving for white sugar.
